This past week in Disclosure:

Ongoing – Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) continue to plague a variety of locales across the US and UK

The incursions, which seemingly began in late November, have continued to occur at a variety of sensitive military facilities. In the UK, for example, SAS teams have been called in to help:

“The British Army’s 22 Special Air Service unit and the Royal Navy’s Special Boat Service unit now appear to have been deployed.”

This article concludes:

“Recent claims from Pentagon spokesman Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder that these incursions are not deemed to pose a “significant mission impact” plainly no longer stand up to serious scrutiny.

In response to a flurry of unresolved UAS incursions in New Jersey, US Senator Steinhart delivered a letter to the Governor requesting that they:

“convene a Joint Legislative session where all 120 members of the State Legislature may ask questions & demand answers from State and Federal authorities into the ongoing reports of unexplained drone activity over our military installations, critical infrastructure & residential communities”

The Pentagon spokesperson declined to comment on Dec. 5 when pressed on this issue.

Dec 2-6 – Sen. Mike Rounds has a meeting with Harald Malmgren

As reported by D. Dean Johnson, Sen Rounds (who sits on Senate Intelligence & Armed Services committees, and is currently lead sponsor of the UAP Disclosure Act) met with Harald Malmgren (past advisor to several presidents, who has recently become more outspoken about his awareness of a legacy UAP program).

Dec 6 – AARO hosts a classified UAP briefing for lawmakers

AARO hosted a classified briefing to provide lawmakers with more context on their activities.

Rep. Nancy Mace seemed satisfied with the briefing, but also had some interesting tidbits to share:

“There are certain shapes that are unexplain-, that are in the air…I don’t wanna cross over and disclose classified information but there are certain shapes consistently that are unexplained. Which is fascinating.”

Dec 7 – The NDAA FY2025 is released, with some UAP-related language included

The full text can be accessed here. The UAP related provisions are watered down sections of the UAP Disclosure Act, and primarily revolve around new declassification and reporting requirements. A quarterly update to Congress from the President is also included as well as improved whistleblower protections.

Dec 7 – “I want the Non-Human Biologics on a gurney and hauled into an oversight hearing”, says Rep. Mace

In an appearance on Redacted, Rep. Nancy Mace doesn’t mince words and asserts that (if it exists…):

“I want an alien body on a gurney. I want the Non-Human Biologics on a gurney and hauled into an oversight hearing. That’s what people want to see”.

Things to look out for in the near future:

December

  • Time Magazine’s December 9 edition will feature an in-depth coverage of the Nov 13 UAP Congressional Hearings
  • James Fox’s “The Program” is scheduled for release on December 16

Beyond/currently unknown

  • Following the UAP hearing on the 26th of July, Members of Congress have called for a select committee with subpoena authority, to “go about the task of collecting information from the Pentagon and elsewhere” on unidentified flying objects. There have been conflicting messages from various Members of Congress on whether this is likely to happen anytime soon. Note – a select subcommittee was formally requested on March 13th.
  • Reps. Moskowitz, Luna, and Burchett have repeatedly stated their intent to hold field hearings to overcome stonewalling from the Pentagon and military establishment “I think we [Congress] should try to get into one of these places [housing UAP evidence]…and if they won’t let us in I think we should have a field hearing right outside the building…and the military will have to explain why that is.” – Rep. Moskowitz (D) It is currently unknown when exactly we might expect that to occur, however as of Jan 12 – Rep. Luna confirmed: “I feel confident that we have enough evidence to move forward with our first field hearing. We will be announcing details soon.
  • Several journalists have indicated that first-hand witnesses of the alleged UAP legacy programs are in the process of providing testimony/evidence to the relevant authorities (e.g. the IC IG) and/or are on the verge of making public statements in the near future (Example 1example 2example 3example 4)
  • David Grusch has received additional clearances through DOPSR to discuss some of his (alleged) first-hand knowledge of Legacy programs. He has mentioned he may be covering more of this information in an upcoming Op-Ed
